Ronald Thomas Smith, born on December 6, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan, peacefully passed away on March 18, 2025, in New Boston, Michigan, at the age of 91.
Ronald was a devoted family man who cherished his time with loved ones. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Hazel Smith; his father, Steven Smith; and his mother, Mary Smith.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald (Joyce) Smith and Thomas (Kathy) Smith. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Christy (Ray Ferguson) Smith, Shannon (Todd) Bagdonas, Stephen (Rachelle) Smith, and Thomas Smith. Ronald also leaves behind a cherished group of great-grandchildren: Rodney, Madison, Makayla, Lucy, Anna, Ethan, Tyler, Megan, Chloe, Isabella, Ashlynn, and Max. He is further survived by his precious great-great-grandchildren: Hazel, Nick, Chase, Bryson, Kolton, and Jackson.
Ronald will be remembered with love and affection by all who knew him. His memory lives on in the hearts of his family and friends.
