STAFFORD, Shelby F., age 82, of Monroe, January 29, 2021. Loving mother of Debra (Scott Gordon) Revard, Donna (Steve Gillenkirk) Sikorski and the late Denise (Steve) Stranyak. Dearest grandmother of Michael, Michelle, Marisa, Robert, Jeremy, Colton, Lee, Jimmy, David, Aimee and great grandmother of 22. She is also survived her sister Ruby (the late Auburn) Stewart. She is preceded in death by her parents Nathan and Essie Williams, granddaughter Melissa, grandson Christopher, great grandson Landon, siblings Jessie Barton, Opal Tittle, Roda Tittle, Carbis Williams, Chestor Williams, Buster Williams and Howard Williams.
