SALISBURY, Wanda F., age 84, of Carleton, February 23, 2020. Beloved wife of the late George Salisbury. Loving mother of Debra Salisbury-Whirley, Jimmy (Cyndy) Salisbury and Lori (Mark) Umstead. Dear grandmother of Brian (Rachel) Girardin, Diane (Joe) Richardson, Melissa Salisbury and Julie (Mark) Lucas. Dearest great grandmother of 10 and great-great grandmother of 3. She is also survived by her siblings Janet Cook and Earl (Janet) Wright. She is preceded in death by her parents Milroy and Irene Wright, siblings Mary Stewart, Wendell Wright, Shirley Osborne, Paul Wright and 2 infant siblings.
