- The man I only knew by the name Junior, was the kindest, most helpful person I have ever met, always ready to help someone. Just to see his gorgeous big smile was uplifting. A loving family man, who radiated kindness to all. My mother (Anna) and I were devastated to hear of your passing, you are now in the hands of your Father. May God bless Barb and your Sons. - ''Black magic'' that's what I would jokingly call you my dearest uncle J.R. not only for obvious reasons but because you always were able to create such great dishes while also bringing positive vibes. JR always took the time to not only show you he cared but to make your heart smile because boy was he a comedian who loved seeing everyone having a good time laughing to the point you were in tears the irony of you having to part from us on April fools, mm hm I see what you did there unc. - Dearest Barb, Dimitri & Dominic... I only knew JR. for a short time. AND what I did know of him - he was fun, caring, funny and an absolute joy to be around. I loved that at every vendor event I have been to - every time he arrived - we all cheered & and rang our bells for him as we all were so happy to see him. He will be missed by so many. - I am at a loss for words. When I heard the news of my uncle’s passing, I could not believe or even process what I had just heard. Even though I did not get to see him much, it was always good laughs and such a delight when I would see him. I wish I was in Michigan to be able to come say my final goodbye. - Rest well Jr, i am deeply saddened to hear that his time on this earthly realm is over. His humility is what I remember about him and the way he honored his Paternal Grandmother when he lived with her he loved and respected her and those qualities speaks volumes about a person’s character. - Junior is my uncle and he will be sorely missed. My fondest memory of him is when he called me after I joined the military and called me his hero. He was a great man and someone I admired greatly. - My Dear family, it grieves me that at this time in life we can not be there to support each other. Jr was all about family.
