THORNSBERRY, Douglas E., age 74, of Tipton, November 04, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Sue “Louetta” Thornsberry. Loving father of Donna (Bruce) Swain-McClure, Don Thornsberry and Heather R. Thornsberry. Dearest grandfather of Ashleigh (Richard) and Jonathon and great-grandfather of Sophia, Robin and Elijah. He is also survived by sister Lucille Westmoreland, his brother Terry Thornsberry and his close friend Gladys Walsh. He is preceded in death by his 2nd wife Evelyn Thornsberry, his parents M.H. and Hassie Thornsberry and his brother Phillip Thornsberry. Douglas loved going to the casino with his brother and son. He loved working on cars, Coca-Cola, Hank Williams and his dogs. He was loved and will be missed by many.
