TAGGIE, Edward J., age 78, of Canton Township, October 20, 2023. Beloved husband of 55 years to Sandy Taggie. Loving father of Nicholas (Colleen) Taggie. He is survived by his brother Benjamin (Louise) Taggie. He is preceded in death by his son Matthew Taggie and his parents Arthur and Lillian Taggie. Edward was a model railroad enthusiast and avid golfer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tunnel to Towers or Hospice of Michigan. The people at hospice were so wonderful and caring. Without them, we would not have been able to keep Ed at home and let him pass with dignity. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
