TREECE, Franklin D, Sr., age 74, of Southgate, died Wednesday, September 2, 2015. He leaves his loving wife of 23 years, Geraldine. Loving son of Elsie and the late Ralph Treece. Dearest father of Franklin D., Jr.,(Cheryl), William D. (Patricia), Ralph J. (Cindy), Jonathon (Arra), Keith (Jeannie) Hatten, Robert (Louise) Hatten and Rebecca (Dave) Williams. Dear son–in-law of Mary Jean and the late George Personke. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his sister Linda (David) Fuson, 4 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law and loved by many nieces and nephews. Frank was dedicated to his country serving 32 years in the Marine Corp where he reached the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 04. Frank also had many years of service in transportation at McLouth Steel. Frank was an adventurous, avid traveler, a talented handyman, he loved to read, was a great storyteller and history buff.
