Beloved husband of Phyllis. Loving father of Rebecca (Michael) Ross. Dearest grandfather of Sarah Tracy and Rian (Angela) Tracy and great grandfather of Antonio, Samantha and Cynthia Tracy. Dear brother of James Tracy, Thomas Tracy and Arlene (Robert) Helm. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Harry Brian Tracy, his parents, Harry and Ruth Tracy, his sisters, Helen and Velma O’Connor and his brother David Tracy.
