A cherished member of two bible study groups and an active participant at South Point Church in Trenton, Nancy was known as a prayer warrior who uplifted those around her with her steadfast devotion and compassion. She was deeply family-focused, a true people person, and found great joy in the outdoors.

Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jennings Taylor; her parents, Howard and Dorothy Allen; her brother, Howard Allen; her sister, Jean Danowski; and her children, Jennings Taylor Jr., Tina Cagney, Gary Taylor, Daniel Perez, and Michelle Sexton.

She is lovingly survived by her children Henry (Barb) Taylor, Kelly (Bill) Bescoe, Lisa (Harold) Myers, Jackie Manning, and Robert (Heidi) Taylor. Nancy’s legacy lives on through her 18 grandchildren—Damon, Eli, Ryan, Tammy, Gina, Tom, Tracy, Harold, Amber, Jacob, Jennifer, Christy, Matthew, Robert, Grant, Devin, Dana, and Johnathan—as well as her many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who brought her immense happiness.

Nancy Marie Taylor will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her warm and inviting spirit, and the boundless love she shared with her family and friends. She leaves behind a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South Point Church in Trenton. In place of floral arrangements, those wishing to honor Nancy’s memory may consider planting a tree in her memory.

Condolences

  • I'm so sorry to hear this. Nancy loved her family, deeply. She loved telling me about the get togethers up north at her daughter's home. I developed a friendship with her while taking care of her, years ago. I'm so glad I got to spend time with her a few months ago. God bless. Hillery Weiler
