Loving father of Kerstin (Thomas) Spires, Richard Thompson, Steve (Kim) Thompson, Scott (Chrissy) Thompson, step-father of George Somenauer, Jennifer (Brian) Carlson and Erin Murphy. Dear grandfather of Lucas, Cooper, Wyatt, Donnie, Eddie, Madeline and Colby and great-grandfather of Freya. Dearest son of Helen and the late Truman Thompson. He is also survived by his brother Ralph (Diane) Thompson and his father-in-law Brant Starkweather. He was preceded in death by his first wife Anita and his brother Roger Thompson.
