Frances Ethel Vorves, cherished mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on June 23, 2026, in Romulus, Michigan. Born on October 24, 1930, in Ecorse, Michigan, she lived a full and loving life of 95 years.
Frances was a devoted family woman whose life revolved around her loved ones. She skillfully balanced the roles of business owner and homemaker, creating environments filled with warmth and care that extended to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mike Phillip Vorves, with whom she shared many joyful years of marriage. Her memory will forever be cherished by her children, Linda (John) Pastor, Barbara Sikora, and Michael Vorves. She is also survived by her sister, Janice Williams, along with her seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy into her life.
Frances' legacy is one of love, compassion, and dedication to her family. Her gentle spirit and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
