Obituary

Keith Edward Vining, born on February 8, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024, in Toledo, Ohio, at the age of 69.

Keith was a dedicated and accomplished professional, having built a successful career as a Director of Sales. He was known for his vibrant and energetic spirit, always approaching life with enthusiasm and skill. A natural problem solver, Keith had a knack for finding solutions where others saw challenges.

Beyond his professional life, Keith was passionate about boating and enjoyed spending time on the water, where he found peace and joy. He cherished moments spent with family and friends, creating many memories that will be treasured by those who were fortunate to know him. He also loved visiting the shooting range, an activity he approached with both focus and enjoyment.

Keith is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Charles and Lorraine Vining. He is survived by his devoted spouse, Suzanne, who was his partner in life and love. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Lara McLean and Jacqueline (Jeffrey) Dare. Keith was a proud grandfather to John McLean, Madeline Dare, and Alexander Dare, who brought immense joy to his life.

He leaves behind his brother, Guy (Michelle) Vining, and sister, Sherry (John) Anderson, who shared countless memories throughout their lives. His extended family includes in-laws Denise (Robert) Strobel, John Boucher, David (Sandra) Boucher, and Marcy Machlik (Joe Ferguson), all of whom held a special place in his heart.

Keith's warmth, humor, and unwavering dedication to those he loved will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire and comfort his family and friends.
