Condolences

  • May God grant your family peace and comfort. (I taught with Mary years ago in Southgate.) Kathryn Scudder
  • You are in our thoughts during this difficult time. May the memories of your mother bring some peace in the days ahead, Cathy. Hugs... Julie & Dennis
  • Cathy, I know how much love and care you have lavished on your mother over the years since your dad passed away...you will find you miss her even more than you think.....you were the best, most dutiful daughter any one could wish for and I know it made a huge difference in Mary's life as her health declined to keep her involved in your life; Bianca, Major, Miles, Rick....she was lucky to have all of you. I shared her love of reading and really missed our book exchange system while I was in California caring for my own mother..I am donating to a Children's Literary Fund in her honor...I think she would like that. So, I guess I have to say goodby to my friend for now..maybe we will find a good stash of books in Heaven someday! My heart is so sad for all of you, but so full of joy for Mary, who is right where she wants to be with your Dad! I love you..your forever friend - Celia Celia Harton
