Dearest grandmother of Eric, Samantha, Kimberly, Tyler, Hailey, Josh and Michael. Dear great grandmother to many loving great grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings Marcia, Ruby, Denise, Barbara, Doris, Linda Gail and Randall. She is preceded in death by her son Eddie Balthis, father Homer Balthis, mother Dora (Wayne) Mullins and brothers James, Charles, Jimmy and Bennie.
