WARD, Carol E., age 72, of Romulus, June 30, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Ricky Ward. Loving mother of Michelle (Paul) Phelps, Eric (Sarah) Ward and Heather (Andrew) Ward. Dear grandmother of Matthew (Elizabeth) Mortzfield, Richelle (J.J.) Mortzfield, Stephanie (Lance) Thornsberry, Zachary Ward, Kara Ward, Brandon Ward and Derek Bennett. Dearest great grandmother of Hayden, Elliannah, Mateo and Elisa. She is also survived by her brothers Jerry (Pauline) Deaton and Robert Dwayne (Dori) Deaton. Carol loved spending time with her family. She was very strong in her faith and very active in her church. She also loved to decorate for every holiday and cherished her garden. She was loved and will be missed by everyone that knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Clara Deaton and her grandchild Brendan Ward.
