Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of DeMarco Williams, who departed this life on January 9, 2025, at the age of 26. DeMarco was born on March 1, 1998, in Southfield, Michigan, and passed away in Flat Rock, Michigan.

DeMarco's life was filled with the joys of travel and exploration. He had a passion for shopping and relished every opportunity to drive or fly to new destinations. Some of his fondest memories were created on drives with his dad, along with cherished moments spent accompanying him to work.

He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as watching cartoons. He especially loved “Paw Patrol,” “Go Getters,” “Nina,” and “Spirit.” Additionally, he delighted in good food and enjoyed many meals with family and friends.

DeMarco was preceded in death by his beloved grandfather, James Williams. He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his father, Billy Williams; grandmother, Lanette Williams; brothers, William Gulledge and Demetrius Williams; his five nieces and two nephews. He is also survived by his aunts, Simone (Eric) Butler, Keesha Washington, Keesa (Kevin) Williams, Anissa Tippett, Sherry Spikes, and uncle, Devon Tippett.

DeMarco’s bright spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love and adventure will continue to inspire those who hold him dear in their hearts.
