WINKLER, Patricia M., age 84, of Mio, April 07, 2017. Beloved wife of Vernon Winkler. Loving mother of Diana Bogoski and Mary (Greg) Winkler-Allen. Dear grandmother of Dustin (Michelle) Brown, David (Sara) Shefferly, Alicia (Matt) Upton, Jeremy Winkler, Amy Winkler, Cord Bogoski, Tyler Allen, and Gabriella Allen and great-grandmother of 6. She is also survived by her brother Orlan (Wydea) Dagner. She is preceded in death by her daughter Cathy, her son James, her parents William and Mary Dagner and her brother Robert (Betty) Dagner.

Condolences

So sad to read that Pat (we called her Patty when we were kids) has passed away, but expect to meet her again in heaven. On March 23 of this year I recalled my baptism at St. John's Lutheran Church in Waltz. My sister, Leah Falatine Herzog and Patty (Chapman) Winkler were also baptized that day. I thought of Pat, on that, the 70th anniversary of our baptism when the Holy Spirit brought us to faith in Jesus Christ. We were in school together, and active at St. John's until we each moved away.
