Loving father of Deborah (Charlie) Rem, Pamela (Gary) Gilliand, Darren (Kerry) Watts and the late William E. Watts. Dearest grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather of 7. He is also survived by his sister Ophelia Bassett. He is preceded in death by his parents AB and Mamie Watts.
