Timothy Jay Woolcott, born on April 3, 1949, in Lincoln Park, Michigan, passed away on May 29, 2024, in Trenton, Michigan. He was a cherished individual who lived a remarkable life filled with purpose and passion. Timothy gracefully embraced 75 years of experiences, leaving an indelible mark on those who were fortunate to know him.
During his professional journey, Timothy dedicated his time and skills to the Ford Motor Company, contributing his talents to the automotive industry. As an Avid Biker, he found solace and joy in the freedom of the open road. Timothy's love for being outdoors and his enthusiasm for shooting at the gun range reflected his adventurous spirit and innate appreciation for life's simple pleasures.
Timothy proudly served as a Marine in Vietnam, volunteering in two tours and receiving a distinguished service award for his unwavering commitment to his country. His courage and dedication stood as a testament to his character and selflessness.
Those who were touched by Timothy's presence will always remember his kind heart and unwavering loyalty. Timothy leaves behind a loving family, including his brothers Jeff Woolcott and Kevin Hale, sister Sandi Gibson, nieces Shannon (Paul) Greene, Ashley Woolcott,
and Brooke Hale, nephews Brandon Hale and Zachary Woolcott. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Woolcott, mother Vivian Hale, and brother Richard Woolcott.
Services to honor Timothy's life will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, with visitation from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a service at 7:00 PM at Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. His cremation will take place at "The Witness Crematory" located inside Michigan Memorial Funeral Home, followed by inurnment at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Timothy's legacy of bravery, kindness, and camaraderie will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
