- Faye and family; you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We sang in a quartet together for many years at Zion Missionary Baptist Church. I can honestly say that no one was more faithful to his church than Ed. We have so many wonderful memories of our times together. Ed will be greatly missed by Juanita and I. - Isaiah:57:1: The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. I can truly say this of Wallace Edward Whitlow. I always found him to be true to the church and the pursuit of right living. We met Ed and Fay in 1986 at Zion Missionary Baptist Church the year we became members there. He invited us to sing in the choir, Ed was the song leader and choir director.
